MIS Application for monitoring raw material, production, and sale of products across Didi led Production Units, Didi Stores in Madhya PradeshContext - Production of goods and ensuring their consumption in the market are two different processes. An efficient marketing strategy is needed for any enterprise to be successful. A successful enterprise must have a strong marketing strategy.A strong institutional framework of women is available in the Madhya Pradesh State Rural Livelihood Mission, which can be a huge customer base for various products. There is a need to mobilize it strategically and make various collective enterprises successful and profitable by the womens group. At present Madhya Pradesh State Rural Livelihood Mission has about 44 lakh women connected through various groups and active under a strong organized structure. Products manufactured through self-help groups which are of daily use can be successfully marketed through the network of women groups. In this sequence, by activating CRP in a planned manner at the village level, consumption can be increased at the village level by better marketing of products, which can increase the income of women groups as well as increase the monthly income of CRPs.Marketing StrategyBy analyzing the following information, the quantity of production and consumption can be easily estimated according to the total number of female members in favor of each CRP. By dividing the current or potential production by the number of members, the amount of consumption can be determined by estimating CRP or district-wise low points:• District-wise, district-wise and village-wise assessment of womens groups, village organizations and total number of members.• Daily and monthly production estimation• Number of marketing CRP and district-wise appointment and handing over the responsibility of marketing.• Correct estimation of production and consumptionThis application is designed to meet the above requirements. The Unit Managers and CRPs will enter the data for Production Units and Didi Stores. This data will later be collated across dashboards to monitor the flow of goods across geography, weeks and product categories.
